Your account controls your QR codes' destinations. Keeping it secure is important to prevent unauthorized redirects.
Use a strong password
- At least 12 characters.
- A mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols.
- Do not reuse it from another site.
Watch for unauthorized changes
If you notice scan traffic drop suddenly or customers reporting unexpected destinations, check your QR code destination URLs immediately. If you suspect compromise, change your password and contact support.
Tip: Use a password manager (like 1Password or Bitwarden) to generate and store a unique, strong password for your account.
