Terms of Service

3.1 Account Creation: You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Security: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Account Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

4.1 Free Plan: The Free plan includes 2 dynamic QR codes with a 7-day expiration limit and unlimited static QR codes.

4.2 Paid Plans: Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and renew automatically unless canceled.

4.3 Payment: You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

4.4 Upgrades/Downgrades: You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes will be reflected in your next billing cycle.

5.1 Plan Limits: Each subscription plan has specific limits on the number of QR codes, scans, and features. These limits are clearly stated on our pricing page.

5.2 Prohibited Uses: You may not use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Engage in phishing, spam, or fraudulent activities
• Link to illegal, offensive, or harmful content
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures

6.1 Your Content: You retain all rights to the content you create using the Service, including QR codes and destination URLs. You grant us a license to host and process your content to provide the Service.

6.2 Our Property: The Service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by QR Node and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6.3 QR Code Ownership: Generated QR codes are provided for your use under your subscription. Upon cancellation, dynamic QR codes may cease to function according to your plan terms.

7.1 Availability: We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance and updates may cause temporary service interruptions.

7.2 Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

9.1 By You: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

9.2 By Us: We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities.

9.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and dynamic QR codes will stop redirecting. We may delete your data after a reasonable period.

10.1 "AS IS" Service: The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10.2 Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, QR Node shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

10.3 Maximum Liability: Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
