Downloading QR Codes

Available formats and best practices for exporting your QR codes.

QR Node lets you download your QR codes in multiple formats depending on your intended use.

Available formats

  • PNG — best for digital use: websites, email signatures, social media posts.
  • SVG — best for print. Vector format that scales to any size without pixelation. Recommended for flyers, banners, and merchandise.
  • JPG — compressed format suitable for digital use where file size matters.

How to download

  • From the dashboard, find your QR code and click the download icon.
  • Select your desired format from the dropdown.
  • The file downloads immediately to your device.

Recommended sizes for print

  • Business cards: minimum 2 cm × 2 cm.
  • Flyers / posters: 5 cm × 5 cm or larger.
  • Billboards / large format: use SVG or export at 300 DPI minimum.

Note: Never stretch a QR code non-proportionally. Always maintain a 1:1 aspect ratio, or scanners may fail to read it.
