Upgrading or Downgrading Your Plan
How plan changes work and what happens to your data.
You can change your plan at any time from Settings → Plan & Billing.
Upgrading
When you upgrade, the new plan takes effect immediately. You will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period, then the full new plan price from the next period.
Downgrading
When you downgrade, your current plan continues until the end of the paid period. The lower plan activates at the next renewal date.
Note: If you have more dynamic QR codes than the lower plan allows, the excess codes are paused (not deleted) until you remove some or upgrade again.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time. Your paid access continues until the end of the billing period, then your account moves to the Free plan. Your QR codes and data are retained.
