Refunds and Cancellations
Our refund policy explained clearly.
QR Node offers a 14-day refund window for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days of a paid plan, contact support and we will process a full refund.
Conditions for a refund
- Refund requested within 14 days of the original charge.
- Applies to first-time purchases of a plan tier.
- Does not apply to plan renewals or upgrades mid-cycle.
How to request a refund
- Contact support at hello@qrnode.net with the subject 'Refund Request'.
- Include your account email and the date of the charge.
- We will process the refund within 5-10 business days.
