Our refund policy explained clearly.

QR Node offers a 14-day refund window for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days of a paid plan, contact support and we will process a full refund.

Conditions for a refund

  • Refund requested within 14 days of the original charge.
  • Applies to first-time purchases of a plan tier.
  • Does not apply to plan renewals or upgrades mid-cycle.

How to request a refund

  • Contact support at hello@qrnode.net with the subject 'Refund Request'.
  • Include your account email and the date of the charge.
  • We will process the refund within 5-10 business days.
