Plan Limit Errors

What each plan limit means and what to do when you reach it.

Each QR Node plan has limits on certain resources. When you approach or exceed a limit, you will see a warning or error. Here is what each limit means and your options.

Dynamic QR code limit

You have created the maximum number of dynamic QR codes for your plan. Options: (1) Delete dynamic QR codes you no longer need, or (2) upgrade your plan.

Landing page limit

You have reached the maximum number of landing pages. Delete unused pages or upgrade. Note: deleting a page permanently removes its public URL.

Shortlink limit

You have reached the maximum number of shortlinks. Delete inactive shortlinks or upgrade. Shortlinks attached to active QR codes should not be deleted.

Storage limit (file hosting)

Your file storage is full. Delete files you no longer need, or upgrade to a plan with more storage (Standard: 250 MB, Advanced: 1 GB, Business: 10 GB).

How to check your current usage

  • Go to Settings → Plan & Usage in your dashboard.
  • You will see a breakdown of all your plan resources and how much of each you have used.
  • The Usage page also shows your billing renewal date.

Tip: Upgrade to the next plan tier at any time from Settings → Plan & Billing. The upgrade takes effect immediately.
