My Page or Link Returns an Error

What to do when a QR Node URL shows a 404, expired-link, or 500 error page.

404 — Page not found

  • Verify the URL is correct. Copy it from your dashboard rather than typing it manually.
  • Check that the page, vCard, or landing page is published (not in draft).
  • Check that the short code or slug has not been changed since you distributed the URL.
  • Ensure the item has not been deleted from your dashboard.

Link expired page

You will see a 'Link expired' page if: (1) the shortlink or QR code has an expiry date that has passed, or (2) you are on the Free plan and the dynamic QR code's 14-day trial has ended. Upgrade your plan or update the expiry date to restore the link.

500 — Server error

A 500 error is a temporary server-side issue. Wait a few minutes and try again. If it persists for more than 15 minutes, check the QR Node status page.

Account subscription lapsed

If your account subscription has lapsed or been suspended, all dynamic redirects will stop working. Log in to your dashboard to review your account status and renew if needed.

If the error persists after checking all of the above, contact our support team with the URL, the type of error, and a screenshot if possible.
