How to Cancel Your Subscription
Step-by-step instructions for cancelling your QR Node paid plan.
You can cancel your QR Node subscription at any time from within your account. There are no cancellation fees and you keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Steps to cancel
- Log in to your QR Node account.
- Click your profile icon or name in the top-right corner.
- Go to Settings → Plan & Billing.
- Scroll to the 'Subscription' section and click 'Cancel subscription'.
- Confirm the cancellation in the dialog that appears.
- You will receive a cancellation confirmation email.
What happens after cancellation
- Your paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- At the end of the period, your account moves to the Free plan automatically.
- Dynamic QR codes that exceed the Free plan limit (10) are paused — not deleted.
- All your data (QR codes, shortlinks, analytics) is retained.
- You can resubscribe at any time to restore full access.
Note: Cancelling your subscription is not the same as deleting your account. Your data remains safe. If you want to fully delete your account and all data, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
